Service Description

A calm, supportive space to explore your neurodivergence with someone who understands. This time is yours. We can focus on a specific goal, work through something that feels stuck, explore questions around identity and neurodivergence, or simply talk things through until things feel clearer and more settled. Whether you are newly exploring autism/ADHD, late diagnosed, or self-identified, this is a space where all of that is welcome. There is no pressure to be anything other than yourself. I’m here for all of it, curiosity, confusion, relief, grief, and acceptance.
